  1. When will I receive my product? Due to the rarity of our products shipping may take anywhere within 1-3 weeks.
  2. Do I have to pay for shipping? No, free world wide shipping is available for all clients on all products. Unless stated otherwise, for example if there's a free product promotion giveaway, then the client will be responsible to cover shipping and handling expenses. 
  3. What if I don't receive my product? If this is the case and the client have waited the proper delivery time period, the client will be receive a full refund for the cost of the product.
  4. What if the product is damaged or is not as described? The client will receive a full refund after the support team receive substantial proof on said product. For example, sending the support team a picture of the damaged product.
  5. How may I track my order/product? The client will receive tracking  information via email after the order has been processed and shipped.
